Hi, I 'm Sarah, a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with a Masters in Mental Health Nursing and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Mental Health Studies, specialising in Child & Youth Mental Health. 

For the past 10 years, I have specialised in Adolescent Mental Health, working in various roles at headspace Gosford and Lake Haven where I found her passion for supporting young people with their mental health challenges. 

 My recent role as a Wellbeing Health In-Reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator or Wellbeing Nurse working in local Primary and High Schools has given me a frontline understanding of the relationship between student wellbeing and school life 

With almost 20 years overall experience in Nursing including Oncology, Paediatrics and Critical Care settings, I have gained a strong focus on holistic individualised care through connection and working towards the best possible outcomes.
