Cancellation Policy

 Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our therapist, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. 

Appointments are in high demand therefore we require that you cancel at least 48 hours in prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that session time.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0493 826 756. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

 A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when an appointment is not attended & notification of cancellation has not been received. In either case, we will charge the patient 50% of the appointment fee.
