What I Do
As a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, I am experienced in a range of concerns that often affect young people;
- Mental Health challenges including anxiety and depression, self-harm and suicidality.
- Sexuality or gender questioning, LGBTIQA+ community members,
- Aggressive behaviours (especially for those assigned female at birth),
- School refusal, behavioural challenges in and out of school
- Friendship issues, relationship breakdowns and
- First nations young people and those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds
- Any challenges faced by children and young people.
I also love supporting parents and carers to create strategies and habits that will allow you to parent in a way that is effective and meaningful for all family members.
